I think I'm dying (srs) Something is wrong.

So I made a big thread about developing CFS after having bronchitis for a month straight. Fast forward I was running 20gm Creatine + & + 1200mg Q-10 Just to be able to function normally again.

2 days ago, I was feeling extreme nerve pain/sensitive skin on my left side where my Lat is. Went to the doctor and diagnosed my SHINGLES at 37 years old. He was baffled why I'm always getting sick every 8 weeks with a new infection.

I'm a Personal Trainer that has a BF% of around 9-10% (quite lean) all year round. However, I never get sick like this ever since I've taken the 2 primary doses of Pfizer.


I'm on Painkillers & Anti-Virals.

Suddenly I go on social media/Government sites to get information. What I'm seeing is the "SHINGLES JAB" being promoted all over the place.

I can't even live a normal damn life anymore even though I'm still quite young.


Any suggestions?

It's seems this is the most likely outcome. It's like the bodies immune system just doesn't recover at baseline. My mother isn't doing to well either. I can tell something is deteriorating at an alarming rate, and she hasn't even got COVID yet. I'm extremely worried about that itself since being "vaxxed" seems to destroy people that's contracted it.

Not sure what to do now really. Pretty much accept the fate and prepare for the worst.

My wife had shingles around that age, turns out she had MS, messed with her immune system and all the stress, your doc should be running a CBC for starters, go from there.

Keep in mind keeping bodyfat low, (year round) can weaken your immune system over time. It becomes harder to fight off sickness/and or infections.

I hope everything works out and you start to feel better.

What you're dealing with sounds really awful. Have you had full blood work done? Maybe you're dealing with something that you haven't been tested for? Whatever it is I really hope you're able to get through it and start to feel better soon.

I have. Bloodwork is completely fine Testosterone, Liver, Thyroid etc are in range.

It's looking like some sort of autoimmune dysfunction under the surface to me.

It's terrible. I know, I'm on "borrowed time" until I've officially got something that slows down my life.

And yes OP, shingles is a bitch. Not much can be done about it. They can give you antivirals and chit for the pain, but other than that, not much. Sometimes it goes dormant again.

Those two might be linked. Fat helps your immune system. Maybe consider going to 12-15% ish for health reasons. Low body fat people tend to get sicker. Basically if you're in a calorie restricted situation, your immune cells can't multiply as rapidly, reducing the chance of producing novel antibodies when infected. Being too fat also harms your immune system so don't go full bloatlard. Just like 15% should be fine.

The Pfizer thing is you being a dumbfuk and fist yourself.
