Spoke to him for an hour, he gave me all kinds of awesome tips. The most interesting one:
Eat 4g of protein per kilo bodyweight, so for me at 240lbs he says i need 400g per day, then I’ll see real growth.
Opinions? I’m gonna try srs. Or at least up my current intake from 200/250 to 300/350
I asked him calorie wise and he basically said look, if youre taking 400g of protein per day, that’s already 1600 calories alone. The rest you can eat in carbs and fat and play around with caloric intake.
Mindblown. Why bulk on carbs and fats when you can just take the extra calories in protonz?
Happy to share more of stuff he told me if anyone is interested

you'll see the 'real growth' he's talking about when you take the same celltech he is on
400g is lot and unnecessary. you can do it, but you don't need to....

Not surprising that stupid advice comes from an IFBB pro. He didn't get that big by eating protein in massively idiotic amounts.
400g of protein a day is about 5 shakes and then 6-8 chicken breasts.
Did he share his stack with you as well? Because that's what will make you grow.
Try it for a week and see how your body reacts. You'll be eating and pooping all day.

I think he meant dianabol but said protein accidentally.

There is a great biological way to detect that you're getting enough protein, in general.
If your pee is really foamy, you are eating too much protein as piss foam is largely protein your kidneys is trying to process out of your system.
That being said, if you eat 300g of protein and your piss ain't foamy, your body is utilizing what you consumed.

This is not new, I seen a study which indicated the more protein you consumed the more protein synthesis occured with diminishing returns.

A high protein diet like that is usually what's needed to put on size without much fat. A lot of people ITT dont look like they lift, so take their advice with a grain of salt. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

400g of protein is straight retarded and a waste of money, especially so as a natty. What he really means when he says you need to up the protein is that you need to blasting .5 grams of primo and tren a week to look like him.

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

I'm no pro bodybuilder (obviously) but I did compete naturally for about 15 years and I agree with 400g of protein a day.
I trained like a mofo, held my own against the steroid guys and had no ill effects from that much protein. Here are shots from
my training and 2nd to last show at age 50

You know who else used to give really solid fukking advice (including eating maximal amounts of protein per day)? Jestbrah.
You know what Jestbrah lost sight of over the years? The differences between normal and supraphysiological training.
This does not mean you should disregard what either of them said/says. It just means you need to take it with a grain of salt, and apply natty principles to the advice.
Law of diminishing returns applies to everything. For a natty, consumed-protein utilization specifically for hypertrophy drops off much faster than an enhanced lifter. This affects many aspects of recovery and performance.
I would guess that there are very few (like top .01% or even fewer) natty lifters who would see hypertrophic benefits from consuming 400g of protein per day, as compared to eating say 300g per day, which is a whopping fukking difference. Going even further, I would guess that only 'bigger' natty lifters (like the 6'3"+ frames) would see ameasurabledifference in hypertrophic gains going from say 250g to 300g per day. And then as you move further and further towards the middle portion of the natty-lifter bell curve, and then even further towards the low end, those numbers continue getting smaller and smaller.
All of the above pertains purely to hypertrophy though. Eating additional protein beyond what your body will utilizejustfor hypertrophy has additional benefits, so the general premise of "Eat more protein" is sound advice. It just needs to be weighed against the potential drawbacks for every lifter individually.
Now withallof that being said, the flipside of the spectrum is full of small/weak lifters, or lifters who have progressed as far as their genetics and lifestyle will allow, and then they tend to say things like "I didn't notice any difference in my gains going from 200g of protein per day to 120g per day. My personal experience within the context of my life and where I'm at and what I'm willing to do makes me believe I only need that much protein for..." blah blah blah blah.
The truth, as with most things in life, is somewhere in the middle. A 200lb, non-novice natty lifter likely will seezerohypertrophic benefits from eating 400g of protein per day, but simultaneously they should probably think long and hard about whether they actually are seeingthe same or improvedresults from cutting down to .6g/lbBW (120g) or if they had simply stalled at their previous intake (and training, lifestyle, etc...) and now they've full-on hit the brakes by telling the body "You get this much protein and if we stay the same from now on then so be it".

Your body is pretty good and converting protein to carbs but it does cost some energy to do so.
Carbs and fats are protein-sparing meaning rhat the protein you consume is more likely to be used for muscle building than to be converted to glycogen or ultimately stored as fat.
You can probably do 1 gram per pound of bodyweight and even that is overdoing it.
I assume you aren’t a professional bodybuilder or athlete and even if you’re on gear I doubt you require 400 grams of protein per day.

Yes tell us everything that you recall, and i mean everything!
Remember folks op is 240 pounds, and the formula is 1.2-1.8/kg.
"While the protein requirements for an adult male is 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight per day, according to the National Institutes of Health's Dietary Supplement Fact Sheet for Health Professionals, numerous clinical trials support consuming 2.0 grams per kilogram of body weight per day (gm/kg/day).
However, for bodybuilders in their leanest body fat percentage, requirements for protein are between 2.3-3.1 g/kg of weight.4 For a 200-pound (90-kg) bodybuilder, using 2.5 grams per kilogram of bodyweight would translate to 225 grams of protein per day (90 kg x 2.5 gm/kg = 225 gm)."

Worst case scenario he improves, or he doesn't.
If he has the money let him experiment on himself and report back in a month, what is the harm here?

I've never seen anything evidence based that suggests more than about 2.2 g/kg (or 1g/lb.) increases the amount of protein synthesis your body can actually carry out. 4g per kilo for you would be actually about 440g of protein, which is absolutely asinine. Also there are several studies that show that depending on the type of workout you do (as in, isolation vs. full body), only 20-40g of protein is needed to maximize muscle protein synthesis. In other words, even if you could escalate MPS with really intelligent meal and exercise timing (which isn't supported by research), you would need to eat like 15-20 meals of 20-40g protein daily. Eating a 100g protein meal after a workout would do the same for you as a 40g meal in terms of actual muscle buiding, so what's the point?
