He can't run as an independent. It costs nearly a billion altogether to run a whole presidential campaign, and he won't have the RNC machine to help him fundraise. Trump's net-worth might be over a billion, but he doesn't actually have that money in the bank account; his net worth is tied to investments like property

3rd party runs are for people like Ross Perot and Michael Bloomberg, who have billions to spare

I've been saying for some time now Trump is and will go scorched earth. Including schitting all over the Republican party in his quest for the Presidency, calling everyone who doesn't suck his azzhole a RINO or other insult.
