Indicted in south florida means pro trump jury
Huge pressure now on republicans to retaliate against biden
Republican voters now rallying around trump rather than desantis
Case so weak unlikely to even get to trial
Minimum 18 months to go to trial which would be after the election
Just lol at TDS loons being their own worst enemy

Yeah don't count on that stuff anymore. We know things are way beyond f*cked now given how far they are pushing this to keep him from running in 2024.
It amazes me that so many Americans are too dumb to see how bad this is. I was taught in school that tyrannical governments try to jail any political opposition that threaten their power.
Is it okay for the United States to do it too?
Look how many people are cheering this on. God forbid you have someone that's willing to speak for the people and not Washington lobbyists.

Unless a statute or these rules permit otherwise, the government must prosecute an offense in a district where the offense was committed.
---
The documents were retained in Florida, and the alleged obstruction happened in Florida.
Makes it faster to go to trial as well, bringing the charges in DC would result in months of Trump's team battling that it's not the right venue based on where the alleged offenses occurred.

Only would a moron cultist is so stupid to believe that their master getting indicted was a good thing...SMH
FEDS don't bring indictments unless the evidence is almost ironclad boyo. And the prosecution will EASILY be able to weed the cultist out of the jury pool. Once done, the evidence will speak for itself and ya boy going up the river.

Sillie, biden; the groomers are asserting that this is incorrect. An unelected bureaucracy has authority over an elected president and he has to get its permission.

I love that you are putting the preeminence of the bureaucracy on full display. Most americans think the president, senate etc run the show. You're giving them a big wake up call. Kudos for that

The Times next contends that the President’s tweet and statements to the Wall Street Journal interviewer declassified the fact that the program existed, thus precluding the CIA from invoking FOIA Exemptions 1 and 3 ... This novel argument is without merit.

Your average countryman is a god damn retard so no this isn’t “good”.
It’s a corrupt machine throwing everything it has at an outsider candidate because of how threatened they are by him. They will stop at nothing. The founding fathers would have cleaned house long ago if we are being honest.
We created a permanent political class and I see no way out of this besides things like secession or the red states literally rolling up to DC and throwing half the city in a dungeon.
The next GOP president will be another establishment Uni party fhag. The chance that DeSantis will have the balls the break up the party in DC is basically zero. He will be too busy enriching himself.

But if so, then this just broke about the recording:
-----
Former President Donald Trump acknowledged on tape in a 2021 meeting that he had retained “secret” military information that he had not declassified, according to a transcript of the audio recording.
“As president, I could have declassified, but now I can’t,” Trump says, according to the transcript.
The transcript of the audio recording suggests that Trump is showing the document he’s discussing to those in the room. The recording captures the sound of paper rustling, as if Trump was waving the document around, though is not clear if it was the actual Iran document.
“Secret. This is secret information. Look, look at this,” Trump says at one point, according to the transcript. “This was done by the military and given to me.”
Trump continues: “All sorts of stuff – pages long, look. Wait a minute, let’s see here. I just found, isn’t that amazing? This totally wins my case, you know. Except it is like, highly confidential. Secret. This is secret information. Look, look at this.”
