Never seen any white dude bench over 185 who wasn’t obviously on the bicycle

I’ve lifted for 18 years natty and still can’t hit that benchmark

I hope that's a joke. I benched 200 pounds in the summer between 8th and 9th grade in my first summer of lifting for football. And I wasn't the only one.

If a man who has been lifting for more than 3 months can't do 185, there is something wrong with that man.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Hell, I'm 51 and don't even lift heavy anymore and bench 85 lb dumbbells for reps for 3-4 sets on keto.

Ah kilos. Yeah I think it's possible for somebody to bench 225kg natty. I worked with a guy who used to be a massive offensive lineman and could bench 500lb natty which I'm pretty sure is a bit more that 225kg

I think large wrist size has more to do with a stronger bench than large muscles

When I was natty I think my top was 235 for 6 or 7 with strict form

Haven't barbell pressed in awhile though. Stick to dumbbells now

Yeah I think it definitely think it correlates. But this long limbed skinny dude was still knocking on the door of 500lb bench press at 215 lb bodyweight. Not natty though.

After about five years of benching consistently, I could bench 225 for one rep; I only tried it one time, and haven’t done it again for the past six years. I did all of this natty.

When I started, I could only bench 95 pounds for three reps, and after two or three years, I could bench 185.

Was able to do 185 after like 3-4 months of barbell bench pressing, despite having a bird chest. However, I haven’t done it since then because of a fked shoulder

Are you talking pounds or kilograms? My experience with benching involved pounds.

lol, with probably only a few months in the gym, any guy who tries could do that natty.

I hope this is a joke. If not, that's some potent copium you're smoking.

Anyone should be able to bench 185 natural. If you're not doing this after years of lifting, quit making excuses and work harder.

Most natties should be able to hit 225. How long it takes depends on genetics
