Lol at him comparing driving a car with all the safeguards in place nowadays, with creating some crappy vessel out of carbon fibre & random pieces of metal from his shed, buying a 30 bucks Playstation controller to steer it, have nothing to allow rescue teams to attach rescue hooks to winch it up, refuse to change things after prior incidents & put 19 bolts on the outside that can only be opened from the outside.

Lots of insiders calling it

The landing frame and Oceangate logo fin / block were found. They're not connected to the interior. Still ominous.

I suppose there are now 2 lessons to be learned from this titanic titan disaster...

We covered the first one: Just fkn let 50 year old white dudes continue to run everything and provide safety guidelines for the rest of us, since they are the best at it. Fck your Libtard Diversity Agenda right up the $hitta

The second lesson: Guns and subs don't kill people. Stupidity kills people.

the last thing I saw said the debris that has been identified is from the exterior body and could have been knocked off - there is a small chance that the hull did not implode though

Nah, I think the Coast Guard said that they found the front titanium cap detached from the hull. The carbon fiber probably shattered due to stress from prior dives. Idiot should have made the entire capsule out of titanium.

Confirmed - Cross threaded bolt on entry hatch discovered, caused by improper ratcheting and torque wrench technique by a Millennial/Zoomer diversity hire. No previous mechanical experience, only youtube videos.

So what made the banging noise every 30 minutes?
Man I feel a bit sick thinking about it. I can't get over how people spend 250k to experience this. I guess that's what happens when you disregard vastly experienced 'old white men', and opt for smoothbrains who just graduated college. Hope that dumb sloot taking the smiling selfie feels proud of her work.

people spend a lot more on higher quality but I wouldn't be surprised if there were some mid range levels in between.

Heck, there are people that pay to take tours of Chernobyl and just trust that these rando Ukrainians have legitimate radiation suits

At least we know they exploded underwater instead of dying of suffocation after a long, difficult, scary wait in the ocean

and at least we know they died too. Otherwise, Coast Guard would keep searching and eventually just write them off as "missing," making people always wonder what happened

Carbon fiber is great until it's not. Anybody who regularly runs on the drag strip will see all kinds of cars with broken and cracked carbon fiber body panels.

That's what happens when vetted, proven engineers take one look at this quack's vision and nope the **** out.

He tried selling his desperation as some sort of virtue signal, but we have all been informed this guy's peers in the industry called him out years ago for his recklessness.

Now that doesn't change the fact that "go woke go broke."

Literally this time.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.
