This is a fair point, the study does state that there's no conflict

"Long covid" is not a real thing. OP is mentally deranged and should go back to reddit.

At least Herman Cain didn't spend his last days hiding out on house arrest with a diaper over his face paranoid and then the same thing would have happened.

Covid was an opportunity for authoritarians to attempt to control people and they cite examples of people who didn't do as they say and how bad things happened to them. It goes back to when Democrats owned slaves. Ater beating and even killing disobedient or run-away slaves they would parade them around to the others and say "see what happens when you don't follow the rules". Meanwhile they would praise those who did follow the rules and let them get away with more to show the others what rewards there are to follow the rules.

Libs are still mad because they really tested their control and failed. I think they were surprised at just how many people defied them and although took some attrition we won against them. Any hope of enforcing other rights violating controls won't work as people will fight them and defy them to the point where they have to spend so much time and energy fighting those who resist they will never see progress in our society.

However, they harbor significant differences in demographics, comorbidities, neurologic symptoms and findings, as well as pattern of cognitive dysfunction. Such differences suggest distinct etiologies of Neuro-PASC in these populations warranting targeted interventions."

"The median number of neurologic symptoms attributed to COVID-19 was 7, and 91% reported more than 4 neurological symptoms with no differences between the 2 groups. Overall, the 10 most common neurological symptoms included non-specific cognitive complaints, which patients referred to as “brain fog” (81.2%), headache (70.3%), anosmia (55.7%), dysgeusia (54.5%), dizziness (49.5%), myalgia (47.5%), numbness/tingling (42.2%), pain other than chest (40.5%), tinnitus (28.7%), and blurred vision (26%). NNP patients more frequently reported anosmia (59% vs 39%; p = 0.0003), dysgeusia (57.6% vs 39%; p = 0.0009), and myalgias (50.4 vs 33%; p = 0.002) compared to the PNP group. Seizures, movement disorders, ischemic stroke, meningitis, or polyradiculitis were rare in both groups. None of our patients presented with Guillain-Barre syndrome/acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (AIDP), or acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM)."

According to the types of “studies” Opie likes to share, over 17% of people who get Covid have symptoms two years later.

Well seeing as how you constantly post trash studies(like ones that claim over 17% of people wjth Covid have symptoms two years later) and have been found to repeatedly lie(like saying things such as you can get charged for being naked in your house), I generally don’t waste my time with what you post. But since it’s short I’ll point it out some key things that jump out immediate.

The “study” you posted claimed that headaches are a major side effect that lingers. How did they confirm those headaches were due to lingering effects of Covid and not other things(like the things that caused millions of headaches every day in America before Covid)?

They display score of cognition tests, but they are not comparing them to tests the people took before getting Covid. In other words, it’s not like person A took the test before getting Covid and then took the same test after getting Covid. Because of that it’s just trash data used to pump out the same tired narrative you continue to push.

We’ll start there

Are you sure this study is about headaches?

I think the relevant questions associated with the study is:

1. Why did Michael Ferro fund this study?
2. Did his political donations to hyper partisan democrats help leverage the remaining grant approval?

"Patients were included in this study if they had clinical manifestations of COVID-19 compatible with the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) guidelines, confirmed by positive SARS-CoV-2 reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) or rapid antigen positive test of nasopharyngeal swab, and/or positive SARS-Cov-2 antibody testing prior to COVID-19 vaccination, and had persistent neurological symptoms for at least 6 weeks from onset. "

"Medical records of all patients were obtained and reviewed ahead of the scheduled office visit. Diagnostic testing was recorded after direct review of test results in the patients' records. "

How did they define brain fog?

How did they determine a patient had it?

After that determination, how did they conclude it was caused by Covid and not other factors?

For the >70% of people who had headaches, how did they determine the headache was cause by “long Covid? “

If a study was conducted the same way but attributed them to the injections would you feel differently about it based solely on the conclusion?

Did he fund this study or was a donation used to open a clinic?

Does that invalidate the results?
