Do RDLs instead of deadlifts off the floor
Leg press, hack squat, lunges, step ups, leg curls and extensions instead of squats
If you insist on being a squatcel at least do a platz style high bar squat with elevated heels to bias the quads over a PLcel low bar squat
Close grip bench, incline DB bench, chest press machines, flies, DB pullovers
Pull-ups, pull-downs, rows, shrugs, rear del flies, side laterals
Arms arms arms, do a full on arm day if you’ve neglected arms for years as a PL copecel only doing 3 sets at the end of your workout
Forearms and neck if you want to be a try hard
Stay lean or get lean if you’re fat

2. To go along with #1, only follow top naturals for lifting advice. Their physiques may suck by social media standards but you can’t trust anything a cell tech-cel has to say about lifting. They’ll be on 3 grams of gear a week and lie saying they take “only TRT” and you won’t know if their physique is because of their actual workout techniques or because of their vitamins

In general, if a YouTube channel has 500k+ subscribers, they’re probably a sell out and bias novelty over chit that works (Think of videos like “xxx is killing your gains” if you see that title walk the other way)

Good YouTube channels to follow: GVS, Alex leonidas (alpha destiny manlet), Jeff nippard (manlet) natural hypertrophy (French homo)

3. Politics are a waste of time. In general none of us have a say in how the system works so you should focus on yourself and your loved ones and nothing else. Sometimes it’s fun to talk chit on the internet but in general identity politics are a waste and you’re just going to get angry for no reason and with zero recourse. Don’t vote it’s a waste

4. Land chadding is better than rentceling 90% of the time. If you’re looking to stay in an area for 3-4 years you should look to buy as long as you can afford it. 10. Do what you love. This is a caveat rule to everything. If you’re a carcel, maybe an expensive luxury car is worth it to you. Life is too short to not enjoy yourself

11. You should probably consider having kids once you’re in your 30s. We are in a global birth decline crisis and it’s probably your duty to bring decent human beings into the world. You’ll probably be depressed if you get old and don’t have any kids. You probably need to get married to accomplish this

12. For younger miscers, sales > all. Ignore college, get a sales job, make bank and eventually start your own company. Noseburging for life ain’t it dawg

13. Video games are fun but don’t waste too much time gaming. Watch some sports so you can converse with other normie men. You’ll be seen as a huge ph4gerin0 if the only sport you can talk about is UFC

15. It’s probably a waste of time to do your own home and car maintenance. Just pay the tradies to do it because likely your dumb ass will fukk it up, waste time and you’ll just have to pay the tradie to do it anyway
