Deep: "On second thought, I don't play golf with broads. You're such a scumbag that I'd be much more inclined to just slap the chit out of you."

If you have something to cite..then go ahead…

Edit-oh damn..from your link..

“ In individual cases, parties acquitted by the Senate and then prosecuted in the courts for the same offenses might raise due process claims based on the particular circumstances of their cases. For example, an individual might argue that the extensive publicity surrounding his impeachment by the House and trial in the Senate made it impossible for him to receive a fair trial in the courts.”

Seeing as Trump is the most acquitted president in history, how do you think that is gonna play out?

Indicted for federal charges three separate times and still allowed to run for president. I think places like Venezuela, Sierra Leone and Nicaragua are okay with that, but I'm surprised anyone in the US is.

How can anyone in the GOP think having him as their nominee is a good idea? Just give it up, already.

The Department of Justice has a 92% conviction rate. But yeah, I'm sure Trump will definitely be in that outstanding 8% with his killer legal skills and a lack of evidence.

The scumbag Jack Smith is a liar and he knows it.

So Trump instigated violence by telling his supporters to stay peaceful?

It's not well-established. There is many debate about the topic

But the theory isn't that "no action by a sitting president can be an indictable offense." The theory is that the president cannot be criminally prosecutedwhile in office. Once he/she is out, then all bets are off

By the same logic practically the entire DNC... all those cock sucking lefty kid f*ckers should be indicted for questioning the 2016 election. Or is that (D)ifferent?

Where is that clip of Trump saying that if Hillary had **legal issues** (mail server) that she shouldn't be able to run for office?

Were you not sure if a president could be impeached after he was out of office so you just put both and were going to decide later?

Trump was still in office on Jan 6 though…that’s the point. I’d also like you to give an example of what you claim this theory of yours was ever enacted.

Post link.

Biden was not yet inaugurated. Therefore Trump has immunity.
Once again, the transfer of power doesn’t happen until everything is finalized. Contesting the results of something before it’s finalized is not overturning nor “attempting” to overturn.

Sorry, presidents don’t have immunity after they’ve left office. President Ford proved that by having to pardon Nixon. We are already further seeing that is wrong with your Orange Messiah.Go take your ideas of the POTUS being a king somewhere else, you retarded pro-authoritarian groomer.

Are you actually trying to compare Nixon to this when Trump was President?
I know urine idiot, but you might want to edit that post before the rest of the forum realizes you are full retard.
