Maybe the OP(s) realized the stupidity of their claims, and deleted before their one-year failed predictions could be ridiculed...?

Imagine being as poor as you and telling millionaires to "get a job".

You're still seething about paying rent, and evictions. All while living in Buttfu*k, Nowhere.

JFL at you srs.

A bit over a year ago now, a buddy of mine predicted that my house would lose lose all equity it gained during covid via mass housing price tankings. He said "give it a year or two". Over a year later, and prices have only continued to go up here. When I bring it up now for lulz, it's pure crickets lol.

Or the countless other self-proclaimed financial experts who have been saying "give it 1 year, and it'll all come crashing down, lol". 3 years and 3 fails later, and now they say "Give it another year... or two, maybe".

Just 2 more weeks, right? Just lmao

https://www.redfin.com/us-housing-market
I don't think they were stupid, people can't afford housing in many cities and areas, but who knows when there will be a crash or correction because of everyone sitting on record low rates. They broke the housing market, it's gonna take something extreme to fix it, like a legit recession.

Maybe they figured out that a housing crash doesn't mean a 1m house will sell for 250k - more like a 1m house will sell for 950k.

Doesn’t explain why the threads were deleted

Why go to all the effort of giving financial advice only to delete it? Makes no sense

Dude housing prices doubled in like a year or two, how is that not the crazy part? Did anyone see that coming in 2019 or 2020?

A. They didn't double in 1-2 years
B. The claim was a huge crash... that hasn't happened.

You have to go back nearly20 yearsto find home prices "doubling" in 2022... We're now back to prices two years ago. The max drop was 10%.

@nutsy54

I just looked more closely at the chart you posted, and even that's absolutely insane as an average. It peaked at almost $560k? Wow.
