What is the issue at stake here? Are the folks posting black crime saying all blacks are criminals by default?

If so: factually incorrect.

Is there a disproportionate amount of crime committed by blacks - all of whom are in the socioeconomic bracket of poor whites who also commit the majority of white crime? Yes.

You know what Mark Twain said about statistics right, how it's one of three ways you can lie? Stats need to be unpacked and properly interpreted. It's obviously not some homogeneous AA culture causing the problem, because AAs act differently (like every race) based on their location, socioeconomic status, upbringing, etc.
