And brother I think you made a wise decision. You get to live a lifestyle that by the numbers on paper can be as good or better than 95% of people. Now you could've continued grinding and chasing that next "thing" that would make you happier, but would it really have made you THAT much happier? For example, would more easily affording a $80k car make you happier than a $50k car?

Take it as long as you can get it. I was like that for a good stretch back in the day. In 15 years when you have plenty of money and get old you might see things a bit different. Views and goals change with age

$12k a year, at the historic average average ETF (S&P500) of 11.8% that would come out to about $105k. You truly are a smart man. Two of my cars are 2019 and one is a 2021, all together they're currently worth about $90k. Look at you, sneaky little poverton.
