Some of them do it for attention, so they can “stand out”.

Some of them do it intentionally to annoy people; in a way asserting dominance over people by passively manipulating the environment by forcing you to hear their music.

And then some probably also do it in hopes someone will confront them and they have an excuse to have a confrontation.

With a pre workout, goals, earbuds, and a plan, i only pay attention hot women in tights when *in the zone*.
Gyms have a lot of fkd up people, so you focus and ignore them or...... you join a luxury gym that provides towels and a $150/month fee.

I've never seen blacks do it; they always have earbuds or headphones.

I've never seen Hispanics at my gym at all, lol.

But yeah I get people bringing their faygit Bluetooth speakers to the gym regularly. Usually women, tbh. And like everyone in society who blasts their music for all to hear, tve music is terrible

This. My local crunch ($10 membership) looks like a prison full of inkies and thugs looking to start chit. Of course the wh0res love it too.

Definitely worth paying a premium for a nicer gym to filter out the undesirables. Too much of a liability

The dirty dungeon gyms are the best though. Expensive Gold's gym is too commercialized.
