Brb learning self-defense and wrestling to prevent the possibility of being bodyslammed head first into the asphalt. Had a neighborhood kid in my previous residence who knew wrestling. One day another kid was messing with him so he used a similar wrestling move as in the video and gave him brain damage. The difference between the po-po in the video and him is that he was really sorry for his actions and felt horrible that his moment of anger ****ed the other kid up.

I’m not sure if you know that case, but the officer who arrested her actually saw the security footage of her car being vandalized and arrested her anyway.

“Body camera video shows Fay asking a security guard to pull up specific moments of video to compare to the time of the hit-and-run.
“The call came in at 10:48, so if we could go back to like 10:40,” Fay instructs the guard.
The body camera video obtained by ABC15 cuts out before it shows what Fay is shown by the guard.”

The arresting officer sees the security camera footage, decides to go through the arrest anyway.

Garcia hires an attorney who sends Scottsdale police a copy of the security camera footage. The footage they already had on bodycam, the footage the officer already saw…


ABC15 reaches out to them with questions regarding the security footage and glass on Garcia’s shirt. Scottsdale police reply with they are not pursuing charges because the victim of the hit-and-run declined to prosecute, remember she had two DUIs

ABC15 then sends them the exact clip of the security cam footage, the same footage the cop already saw, they already had on body cam and had already been sent by her attorney, they then respond with - ”Thank you for bringing this portion of the video to our attention”

It's not just about the police killing people.

It's about the violation of Constitutional rights on a daily basis.

This is true regardless of skin color but just as it is true in taxation, the authorities go after those who can't defend themselves but have something to lose(take) lol, if you can defend yourself(by showing you also have recognized authority such as an elected official or police officer) then they don't go after you and may even apologize to you if they do by mistake.

This is the answer every time. It doesn't matter if you're innocent and the cop is wrong. You win against the cops in the court room, you will lose every time resisting in the street. So yes, just comply and fight them in court otherwise you risk a hot head cop doing something like this.
