Yeah, clipped at 20 - 21 second from "But she is dead" to him cackling like he's laughing at her being dead with obvious time passing in between.

I found a better video of that clip. 3 seconds pass from "She is dead" to him laughing, almost like the the person on the other end said something prompting him to laugh, but since we can only hear one of the participants in the conversation, I guess it's cool to make up any narrative we want.
