Um, hey Benny...?

You asked what immune system compromised folks do instead of boosting? And I'm telling you/them to get them.. If you/they die then you'll know the anti-vax people were right lol.

I thought you guys were complaining that it’s not fda approved and you wanted to wait a few years for more testing.

Well it’s now fda approved and there’s been years of more testing.

What’s the issue

Don't worry about Benny, his BCAA'S will protect him, sure the "science" says it's useless but...... Well..... It WORKS FOR HIM DAMN IT!!!!!

He takes a multi to ward off the Rona, and his mask stash that he keeps is for "yard work."

During the Delta wave, before common cold Omicron in Japan they gave activated Vit D (the final form that's in your blood) to hospitalized patients and 6% of them needed respiratory support vs 14% of the control group. A significant difference. And of course less died in the Vit D group. Even better of course is having sufficient Vit D levels beforehand, so people don't have to go to the hospital in the first place.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/scienc...61561423002790

This isn't the least bit surprising, goes along with similar results of every study. Much of the same can be said for flu as well. Vit D deficiency = worse outcomes, good Vit D levels = better outcomes.

Supplementation makes sense for those who are deficient.

Excess vitamin D isn't really a replacement for antibodies or t cells tho

A high majority of people are Vit D deficient.

Everyone besides newborns has already had the SARS2 virus, so we all already have T cell mediated immunity. Hence so many of the infections being asymptomatic. If someone's old or very obese, feel free to get a booster. If neither of those descriptions it's retarded to get another booster.

Per CDC figures, the number of weekly deaths now are about 1/20th what they were at this same time in 2021, despite the virus spreading more easily now.

But hey Pfizer stock needs a boost, so get your boost!!

A recent global population study found less than 16% were vitamin D deficient.

Not exactly a high majority by most estimates.

It's substantially higher in the US and Canada, especially during the winter months, when there are more respiratory infections. There is a causation there between more infections and lower Vit D status. About half of adults and even higher proportions of kids are deficient in the US and Canada. And it's more nuanced than just deficient vs having more than minimum recommended levels. If you're at the bottom of minimum levels that's still pretty dog schit. Much the same for other vitamin status.

That's why I trust you.

Not only are the takes hot, but they include the things people want to hear and validate your recommendations

2.6 - 22% in the US

We found that globally, 15.7% (95% CrI 13.7–17.8),47.9% (95% CrI 44.9–50.9), and 76·6% (95% CrI 74.0–79.1) of participants had serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels less than 30, 50, and 75 nmol/l, respectively

The most accurate way to measure how much vitamin D is in your body is the 25-hydroxy vitamin D blood test. Many experts place the ideal level between 40 and 80 ng/mL

https://www.unitypoint.org/news-and-...l,Ropte%20says.

But of course the pharma shill will say “hey, as long as your levels aren’t so low you’re clearly getting rekt then you’re not deficient and should consider other things….like this wonderful mRNA injection that’s being offered”

If the ideal level is between 50 and 80 then yes, the majority of people in the world(according to the study you shared) have less than ideal levels. Which means they could benefit from supplementation. Which was the point being made. Which you completely push back against for some strange reason???

He said the high majority of people are deficient.

That's why we don't need vaccines, only vitamin d to protect against something against which nobody needs protection.

I get why you like his minimizing infection and vilifying vaccine hot takes. Similar to Berenson

Think prevention.

If you got nothing, or no solutions, then say it.
Honestly, compared to telling them to not work out, wear masks, order take out, dont leave etc etc like last time which is known to have to be negative results.... id say just going for a walk outside for 45min would be good enough. lol

but yeah, the other recommendation of supplements/ drugs will help too.

RainMan, 80% of those who died "with" Covid were obese with numerous pre-existing conditions. Maybe that should be a wake up call? Instead we'll just encourage people to mask up, and get another jab.....

I said having ideal levels of Vitamin D would do more than the boosters. A basic fact. And having ideal Vit D levels does a hell of a lot more than just improve outcomes from all respiratory viruses. Some of the sickest of old people should still take the jabs as well.
