I definitely understand that. People like the attacker will eventually run into someone who is going to jump in. Most people don't know how to fight though, wrestling, boxing, JJ, traditional Karate, basically any form of combat training / martial arts puts you leagues above the average person, whether they're trouble makers, or not.

I think the reason few people tend to jump in is probably because they'd be liable for more than just catching charges, but also because they don't know how to fight lol...or in the case of boxing, liability as well. There's no real good way to submit someone in boxing.
