I'm watching the documentary on Hulu 9/11: One Day in America (best one I've seen yet). With all of the brilliant minds we have in NYC and around the country witnessing the towers burning, how did no one foresee the towers would collapse? Couldn't an engineer have made a phone call?

Sad that (((they)))knew the buildings were rigged to blow and still let all those firefighters and police men run up the stairs to attempt to save people. None of them ever had a chance.

Why didn't the FDNY make a judgment call on the buildings being too unstable and likely to collapse? Did they not expect a collapse?

I remember the morning it happened, saw firefighters being interviewed LIVE saying that they had to haul ass out of the buildings because they heard demo charges going off.

The firefighters were sent up there at the same time they heard and saw people jumping out of the windows b/c the heat was unbearable. It would have been okay for them to refuse orders because the order was fatally stupid.

Twin towers collapsing due to fires, especially building 7, is definitely a lot less believable than sky diving members of hamas.

But that says more about how idiotic the public is, than tiny hat ingenuity.

If there's anything the last 2 decades thought us, is that most people will eat up everything the media puts out and question very little.

The architect that worked on them is from Japan and I remember watching a doc that talked about him designing the buildings to withstand plane impact.

Unfortunately demo charges will do the trick instead.

Conspiracy bois should watch this... one of the reasons i became a civil engineer was because of witnessing 9/11 when i was a kid. I wanted to understand Statics, building systems, etc. This guy does a good job explaining the physics behind it. I love conspiracy theories, and i don't buy the official story, but i do not believe the building was rigged. There is so much that goes into rigging a building for demolition, i can't imagine it would go undetected. Building 7 is the more fishy story, especially with that being a huge office for the Feds. Also, Larry Silverstein is sketchy AF.

'It could easily go undetected. You can go into pretty much any building you want if you wear a high viz and hold a ladder. People are blind to backdrop people, it's been proven numerous times. Pushing a trolley with some bombs in a crate wouldn't bat an eyelid if you look like you're there for a reason
