It USED to be 13:40 to run a mile and a half, bench close to your bodyweight on that 80s machine with the bicycle handles, do 39 situps in a minute, and a stretch test for 21-30 year old males.

Now, it's 14 minutes to run a mile and a half, and 34 situps in a minute, the rest remains the same......

Of course for females the standards are even lower.
