How do you fit all those kiddos under one roof?
Beautiful place. Definitely one of the most peaceful experiences to chill by a lake.
Can't imagine being so useless and incompetent that I'd solely rely on another human being to cook a meal. I'm not a child.
Also lol @ eating 3 meals a day like a pleb

Lol I have some spirited kids, but they actually clean up after themselves (thanks to my wife staying at home and teaching them). It makes life chaotic but being a dad is what I am meant to be. Never realized it until I held my first.

Wife unit stayed home a few years after having a kid. It was kind of nice honestly. Things just seemed less hectic outside of work.
Still though, having two incomes opens a ton of luxury, especially in the quality of vacations. Not sure I want to go back to the driving a long distance to a crowded resort area type of vacations.

I will more than happily admit that I married someone who is a rarity, but a good stay at home mom is worth her weight in gold. You can't be as anti feminist as the misc but then demonize a woman taking care of her family. Any one who would take advantage of the situation would be a leach anywhere, and that's just as much on the husband for marrying someone like that

My grandpa had a lot of cows (maybe 500) and I spent all my growing up winters as the Sunday morning cow feeder.

Wife stays at home and she does the cooking all week and my lunches are usually leftovers, but sometimes something she packs for me fresh. I do the outside work of the lawn, she stays home takes care of kids and house work....a great arrangement for us.

I'm confused by this thread, OP. Seems like you're making up strawmen. Wives with zero kids who are stay at home wives, having 2 hour chardonnay laden lunches with their girlfriends? You don't know people like that, at most you know one. They're rare. Wives who stay at home practically all have at least 2 kids they're taking care of. Changing diapers, reading lessons, running errands, etc. How's that a problem? Sure there's a gray area where the kids are all in school and the wife is still 100% at home, but that's up to individual circumstances and even then can still make sense.
Yeah Buddyyy! Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!
