What did you eat or are planning to eat?

Midgets and twinks need not respond, nobody cares about your diet.

Same if you use steroids.

I've been drinking some of that Yuengling Raging Eagle (today is my Friday -better things I could have done than drink beer though).

I have some chicken ready from yesterday. I'll probably eat some of that with some mashed sweet potatoes or some stuffings + gravy.

I've been drinking "gators".

Saw on SM mix Modelo with about 1/5 yellow Gatorade, basically drink neck and replace with Gatorade.

They taste like Blue Moon.

Been eating Vienna beef hot dogs with a ton of veg: sauerkraut, diced onions, jardiniere, tomatoes, sport peppers, relish

That sounds good, except I'm not a big fan of sauerkraut on hotdogs.

Brautwurst, Kielbasa, etc. then it's great. It's awesome with Pot Roast too.

I just use it as a good excuse to eat a bunch of vegetables, all the flavors work pretty well together too.

Been rotating between that and I guess it would be called Tamago Kake Gohan with andouillie sausage and shrimp.

Also been wanting to make:

Big Mac wraps
Spatchcock chicken
Crock-Pot chili
Greek Potatoes

I haven't made Chili in a long time. I need to do that. Great, and you can make so much with so little effort.

Missing making soup boyo every time it's been amazing.

Last one I made was pozole.

Have made:

Chicken veg wild rice
Cippino
Cabbage stew

If I wasn't lactose intolerant my cooking would be way next level cream soups etc it's very limiting.

I still eat well though.

Next evolution maybe homemade bread bowls, also want a wok 😎

there is a local diner that has the best vegetable soup I've ever had, best soup period actually, it's one of my all time favorite foods, and it's cabbage broth based I found which is what sets it apart

I got a subscription to Just Meats. They send me 16oz packages of various types of meat and flavorings to go with them. Decent price and I'm getting 4 meals out of each package and keep the other packages in the freezer. Great for meal prepping.

I wonder if "stew" would be a misnomer?

It's cabbage slow cooked in chicken stock, I add onions and some diced thick cut bacon.

I'm sure there are tons of variations.

You can make delicious cream soups with coconut milk. You can also use heavy whipping cream, high in fat and barely any lactose. I do it all the time.

I'm pretty lazy, but I've seen recipes for Crockpot Thai Curry soup. I should try one of those sometime.

I love good Thai Curry (I used to get it all the time when I lived in San Diego, I tried a Thai restaurant once here in Columbus and...huge letdown).

I mix up lunch, but usually chicken or salmon, rice or sweet potatoes, and some veggie. The other day I made a mashup of 2lbs of ground chicken, 8 eggs, a package of mozzarella (7 servings) and had that for lunch for 4 days. Pretty bomb.
Breakfast is usually adult cereal with high protein and lean milk or protein-spiked almond milk.
Dinner is usually 2 1/3lb turkey burgers with 2 eggs, provolone cheese, pickles, spinach on thin wheat buns.
