Pre-covid, his yearly GDP numbers were better than Obama's

Thanks Biden, thanks a lot. That's what happens when you let liberal "demand-focused" nuts run the economy
Your own chart showed that inflation doubled from January to March and doubled again from March to June. It's literally impossible for an impact of legislation to filter through to CPI and impact the economy in such a short period of time. I post this up to prove to you that inflation was running and getting hot way before Joe signed a bill spending but a small fraction of what Trump spent. And don't forget those jacked up supply chains Trump left Biden with. I assume you think that's on Biden too?

You literally reason like a child. It happened on X date therefore it's the responsibility of X president. Like something as massive as US CPI can just turn on a dime.

Like a child you think.

Obama hit 4% for a quarter boyo. And pre-covid Trump's GDP averaged around 2.4% Pathetic. Obama's last four years were about exactly the same.

2.4%? Better than Obama's 1.8% average, and Obama got in at a market bottom. Literally nowhere to go but up and the best he could average is 1.8. SAD

Just because Americans feel that way doesn't make it reality. Wages are bigly outpacing inflation. Inflation has been close to normal levels for six months. Jobs are everywhere. The economy is growing like crazy. The market is up huge.

It will take time for people to forget the sting of Trumpflation but they will. Folks cry that eggs are 25% more now than they were 3 years ago but seem to forget they're making 25% more too. Interest rates will come down now that Biden has crushed Trumpflation.

In other words. Americans are lazy, stupid, and entitled.

Again this blue haired Biden groupie with the supply chains lol. You sound like an unhinged nut

You must have America confused with the USSR. We don't have a planned centralized economy where the supply chains are micromanaged by the president brah

But Trump's supply chains!! Thanks for the laugh

Don't need to brah. Economists are well aware of the economic impact of consumer expectations. You should look into it and spend less time spinning the facts to fit your agenda

Consumer "expectations" cause inflation to skyrocket huh? Not you know, an actual massive increase in the money supply like Trump created?

And are you so ignorant that you're unaware of supply chains? They were wrecked during 2020 bigly impacting supply.

So here we have: Massive increase in the money supply thanks to Trump's $2.7T covid spending + wrecked supply chains that greatly diminished supply.

What do you think the end result of the above would be boyo? All happened in 2020 under the Orange Turd's watch.

And yet inflation didn't EXPLODE until Biden promised Americans massive amounts of extra spending money they didn't need...

Real wages have beenFLATfor the past two years, and are lower than under pre-pandemic Trump

Inflation exploded well before a dollar of piece of paper Biden signed was spent. And why do you keep ignoring the $2.7T that Trump spent in 2020 that actually did impact the economy?

Do you think the entire bill is just dumped into the economy on the day it's signed? The vast majority wasn't spent for well over 6 months. Trumpflation was way out of control by then.

So "consumer expectations" created inflation, not the infusion of $2.7T into the economy coupled with much lower supply?

Interesting theory there cotton. You should write a book since everything you argue flies 100% in the face of too many dollars chasing too few goods theory of inflation.

I guess car prices skyrocketed not because there were not cars available but because consumers "expected" them to be expensive?

Why does it take so many lies to prop up Biden's failures?

Your claimed "massive unemployment" in Feb 2021 was 6.2% and plummeting. Down from 14.7% the prior year after Governors shut down their states. Meanwhile, unemployed today isUPsince Jan 2023.
https://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS14000000

"Bigly negative GDP"?2021 1st quarter GDP was 6.3% (POSITIVE). Negative GDPs didn't hit until a year into Biden's administration.

And it's funny how the critics of Pelosi/Trump debt remain utterly silent on the Pelosi/Biden debt.

lol, 2021 GDP was on Biden's watch. How is inflation his fault but he doesn't get credit for GDP? GDP was negative 2.7% in 2020 so obviously we'd see some improvement in the latter months, Trump botched the earlier part of 2020 so bigly.

You people are unbelievable. And unemployment is within a few hundreds of a percent of it's low point. Why do you have to argue in such lies to try to make a point boyo?

Are you drunk this early in the morning? GDP just as Biden took office is his result? OK... 4th quarter of 2020 was +3.9%,so you're still a LIAR to claim Biden entered office with negative GDP.
Negative GDP occurred a year before Biden took office, as Governors shut down their states, businesses, and commerce.

I haven't made a single lie here, yet you once again lie to claim I did. That's how much of a failure Biden is. Unemploymentincreasingthroughout 2023, solely under Biden and the results of a Democrat-controlled Congress, but you deflect into percentage points?

But wait, I thought you said supply didn't impact prices? It was all "consumer expectations"?

And demand from people working at home? LOL

It was the inability to get the raw materials and labor to make the chips that caused the supply issues. Lol at WFH causing a chip shortage...SMH

Two reasons a car chip shortage is taking place
Number one: Modern cars are much more technologically advanced than previous generations of vehicles. This means that for all of that entertainment, safety, and performance tech you want in your N Charlotte Toyota, you’re going to need quite a few car chips.

Number two: The COVID-19 pandemic totally messed up forecasting for goods. Back in March of 2020, shutdowns and quarantines kicked off. Automotive manufacturers figured that this would lead to a lower demand for new cars; due to that assumption, they forecasted fewer sales and as such, canceled chip orders. Unfortunately, they were wrong. Demand dropped temporarily, but it bounced right back up… and the car chips weren’t there, which means the car chip shortage began.

Weird, no word of WFH...LOL

How much has unemployment increased over Jan '23?

And 2021 GDP was 6.3%, 7.0%, 2.7%, and 7.0%.

So I guess a more apt description would be that Biden too anemic GDP growth and exploded it boyo.

Just lol at you.

That's swell, what does that have to do with actual results after Biden has been in office for nearly three years?

So now you're blaming Biden for mangling GDP? OK...
So you think unemployment should go down until it hits zero boyo? Minor fluctuations you don't think are normal?

And GDP just hit 5%.

How awesome is Biden doing boyo!
