it would probably be maintained and there would be border patrol to keep an eye on it. meanwhile they abandoned it under biden, so anything goes. there are tons of videos on youtube of people documenting how they crossed into america by simply walking around the wall in places where it wasn't built. on the other side they have agents welcoming them with open arms and handing them water, and lining up port-a-potties next to the wall for them to chit into.

You have walls and doors and locks and garage doors to keep people, animals, bugs, and elements like rain, snow, wind, and temperature from reaching you.

Do these walls keep all of these things out? No. In fact it keeps NONE of these things out. At some point you'll see all of these things inside your home.

No wall, a group of 10 people with a 75 year old man, an obese person, a handful of small kids, hell...a guy in a wheelchair....walk right in.

A massive wall, the people capable and willing to take the risk goes way down.
