Phuket is fun, but a bit trashy on the main Prostitute street. However, Phuket has this great nightclub right in the middle of the main Bangala Road called "Illusions" and it's this massive club with free cover and has great DJs every night. That's by far my fav spot in Phuket. Bangkok is fun for a couple nights for food and some partying, but my guess is that you'll wish you spent more time in the other two places and only a couple nights in Bangkok.

You'll probably wish you were doing like 4-5 nights in Phi Phi and 3 in Phuket and like 2 in Bangkok.
