Better pay monthly living in some basement alone rather than staying with parents srs

Past 20-25 it becomes unbearable and toxic if your mom and pop constantly question every phuckin decision you make and it is never good enough for them.

I srs believe that living 2-3 extra years as an adult with my parents had put me into depression. Hard to get motivated to make any steps in life knowing they will always be ''bad''.

I don't get folks who are past 30 and are ok to stay home with their old folks

I like the peace of mind that I don't have to worry about a paycheck to keep me alive, and that I could just save and invest for the future. Its expensive living here in Canada, so I'll need as much money as I can, especially as a wagecuck.

Another example of boomers being the worst generation ever. Allowing your kids to live with you up until that point should be illegal.

i have an aunt that never married and lived with my grandparents. she spent a lot of time with everyone in the family including helping take care of my grandparents. always gave her nieces and nephews nice gifts including $1,000 for graduating high school. now she spends a lot of time with her siblings if one is ever sick or in the hospital. i think back in the day it was normal for unmarried women to just continue living at home. now they want to get out there and sloot.

With interest rates as high as they are it kind of makes sense. You could buy a house at 30 instead of being a rentcel.

I am 29, married and live with my parents. We did live alone for a year in an apartment but honestly I hated it. I felt bored and confined. We moved back to my family home with my parents and I don't regret it. it's a spacious house with an actual front and back yard (I hated this about apartment living) and also in a very nice top 1% town in my country. I am close to my childhood friends and get to interact with my parents daily as they reach old age. It's nice that they know they are loved and also equally involved in mine and my wife's life. I hope to have a child in the next few years and look forward to watching my parents develop a close bond with my children and provide some purpose during their retirement.

And also provides an opportunity for me and my wife to start saving enough money that hopefully in a few years, me my wife and my parents can sell our current house and move into a bigger and better house as my family grows or we buy our own house if we feel like we need to. Right now the situation is fine but I do understand people do need their own space one day but I feel content continuing this routine until I am around 35/36 tbh.
I appreciate well thought out subtle trolling.

Same guys who will also say that NOT paying for sex is beta behavior and are proud of not getting laid without having to pay.

My kids are gonna be on their own by 15.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Why? I'd advise my kids to live at home atleast 2-3 years after graduating uni, so they can buy homes with 60% down payment I'll provably provide 30% of it rest they have to get it themselves.

Can you imagine the housing market in the major cities 30-40 years from now ? 1 bedroom will probably go for a milli

Many people with decent sized houses where i am convert so that their kid/s can have their own flat/apartment within the property, but provide security for the parents as they get older, but still be independent

Have you seen house prices in certain areas lately? I live in my parent's granny flat and will probably never be to afford a place where I grew up in LA.

not everyones parents are pieces of **** lol. Ive noticed most white families are usually dysfunctional with at least 1 of the parents as an alcoholic or drug addict and don't even like their kids lol.

You need to start them early on self sufficience. I'm gonna start a 529 and and an etf for each of my kids from when they're born. Assuming they do what they're supposed to, when it comes time, they'll have enough for their education and at least a down payment.

I wouldn't mind renting out my condo and moving back in with my folks to stack cash. Only issue would be dating/getting laid. But if I had a gf already I probably would
