I have a theory about that. Mod decisions seem to depend on abstract v specific. "All jews are xyz stereotype and evil" gets a pass, whereas poster1 saying to poster2 "you're a jew and I hate you. I wish you burned in ovens etc" gets a ban. So Leonydus having psychotic rants about jews gets a pass, but Bhody leaving hateful messages about jews in neg comments to DDSF1 gets a ban.

Being a racist in general, doesn't get people banned at anywhere near the same rate as being directly racist to another poster.

I agree that their behaviour is frequently reprehensible, but I think that based on their experience, they know exactly what will and won't get them banned, and stay just the other side of it.

As an example, I have a black wife and a mixed race daughter and none of them attack me for it. The most that any of them have done is Nords saying parents like me contribute to clown world (or something like that).

I’m white, my wife is Asian. I have absolutely had posters tell me I’m evil for not being “pure” and that my kid will be the next Elliot Rogers. I believe you don’t get hate from these kinds of people because of other political factors while many of these same people are itching for any excuse to make me seem like some awful POS.

Also, the **** allegations are a direct violation of the rules and always specifically leveled at individual posters.
