I partied my ass off right into my mid 30s - my liver should be fuked. AST and ALT came back yesterday on a blood panel with values of 40U/L each, down from 57 and 60 respectively since last July. All I did was run a TRT cycle for 3 months, double the dose for 4 months, then come back off 10 days ago to TRT before July 1 when I go looking for Ripe Pinata. Ran 1g NAC morning and night, and 500mg TUDCA per day with milk thistle occasionally.

These sloots man, they're for fun and that's it.

Alt/ast is indicative of acute damage. You have no idea what your liver function actually looks like and even if you ran tests for that (inr/bili/glucose/albumin) they aren't sensitive or specific and you still may still have a of damage that won't show signs until later in life.

Look I mean I think we all know alcohol in moderation is fine but binge drinking is something people only do to cope with depression. With that being the case, why the hell are women in their 20s depressed? They have life on easy mode with a buffet of Chads that will pump and dump them. Reverse the genders and any dude who gets depressed despite being able to smash every Stacy they want, would get roasted (and deservedly so).

Yeah sorry but liver transplants are rare compared to need and people who didn’t self inflict the damage with many obvious warning signs prior to liver failure should be considered first.

The 6 months sobriety is a necessity so you don’t end up with a bunch of 50 year olds on their 5th liver still pounding alcohol all day. And the fact is first case (I stopped video after this) she died from a botched surgery due to her fuked up veins etc.. from her alcoholism. So sorry but the system is designed like this for a reason, and it enables a population larger than we have actual capabilities to care for.

I went to a funeral 5 or 6 years ago for a chick who drank herself to death at age 30. She was tiny and apparently averaged about a bottle of vodka per day, also had more than half a dozen abortions. I didn't know her, she was a friend of my wife's that she lost touch with years earlier. According to many people a very sweet woman, but haunted by demons. I'm sure having that many abortions didn't help her mental state and weighed heavy on her, contributing to her alcoholism.

My ex was an alcoholic of those proportions. I'm still friends with her brother so I'm expecting to hear the news she passed away at any time tbh
