I understand this, but the moment he's posted it, making this thread and having a two way circle jerk? What incentive do people have to deliver in the future? At least let the dust settle lol

I fully agree with responding in kind when he criticizes other peoples physiques of course, but that's a bit different to having a constant raging boner for him and making threads about him.

I don't care about him, nor did i say i do lol. I'm not a particular fan of his, but i think the misc constantly cries about people not delivering, then immediately makes threads like this. But yes, we can agree he's fat and over the 20% bodyfat he claimed he is.

I'm not against fat shaming, but it took 11 pages to get him to deliver in that thread, and he's barely posted the pics and there's already this thread with you two circle jerking each other and massaging each other prostates, does he really need threads about him as well within hours of him posting those pics? Gooba was also annoying as hell in the godfrd vs mibison thread, instead of just letting the two of them get on with it.

You can do what you want, but the first8posts in this thread are you two talking about godfrd and circle jerking, it's not a good look

Well. I think if he loses weight he will look good though? Definitely has some mass. Strong abdominals protruding.


Although he should consider the fact a lot of the fat is concentrated in an apple way.

The science behind it is not conclusive but there is substantial evidence to point towards the notion that fat storage in the torso, around vital organs, puts one at heightened risk of complications related to excess bodyfat compared to the % fat out of total body mass being distributed differently.

I'm pointing out that making this thread doesn't really make you guys look as good as you think, i'm not really intending to attack you. My criticism was also targeted more at gooba than you, frankly, because he was also annoying as fk in the other thread as well, and he made this thread.
