I know drinking liquor mixed with sugary drinks is much more dangerous for your liver that straight liquor, wine, or beer.

You mean like how "brown liquor makes people mean" type stuff though? Anecdotally, it sure seems like bourbon brings out the mean in those that are predisposed to getting mean when drinking, not sure if I bee leaf though.

I think its mostly based on the individual...some people get mean drunk, some get sloppy drunk, some get emotional drunk, some get giggly drunk, etc...

ive been drinking long enough to know. i dont care who you are. liquor will always be different than beer. besides there are different chemicals in different alcohol from just the fact the way they are made is different. very simple really.its all chemistry

I've read that grain alcohols can effect a person differently than say fruit alcohols. No idea if it is true though.

Drinking absinthe outside of the US I can confirm is a different buzz. I think there are slight differences in the mood depending on the alcohol, less than urban legend though. I prefer a wine buzz. Could be as simple as the flavonoids in them put me in a slightly better mood than other alcohols.
