I just checked and Shapiro’s approval in Pennsylvania is 49% approve, 31% disapprove. Still a good rating, and it could get the ticket a bit of a bump in PA, but ultimately running mates don’t make as much of a difference as you think they do. They might in a razor thin election, though.
