My dad had just recently passed away around 70ish from cancer and he was never this muscular and his body was never this tone.

good job champ, i think i'll just pick on one thing---when you do a front or rear double bicep pose, you bring your arms in, you need to spread them out more. Rotate those shoulders way back and smack it in the city like a son boy.
