My girlfriend’s co worker gifted her a dildo mold of his penis
I found it in her car still in the tube after she got home from work and I left in it to get cigarettes. At first I thought she picked it up for us to make with me and just wanted to surprise me or something but then i opened it and realized it had already been made. And this sucker was fat. I’m thinking wtf so I go inside and asked her who made it and she got all nervous and red in the face like she always does when she feels guilty about something so my alarm bells are ringing big time at this point.
I demanded an explanation over and over again about where she got it and who made it for her and finally she tells me that her friend from work gave it to her as a gag gift and it’s no big deal, I told her if that’s true then she needs to report him to hr and get his ass fired which she refuses to do so I said today that I’m taking some space away from her for a while and now I’m staying at my dads house. I think it’s super weird this guy feels close enough to my girlfriend of two years to give her a gift like this even as a joke… so my red flags are firing at the moment for sure. And she refuses to report a clear sexual harassment violation at work which to me means she’s either protecting him or at best humoring this **** which I don’t like and I’ve told her that.
Every time I try telling her how I feel about this it turns into an argument and she says I’m overreacting about a harmless joke and it’s not that big of a deal. And her and her friends have been blowing up my phone tonight and im freaking out over nothing. Am I overreacting?

Update: I called HR and explained everything, I’m not sure what’s going to happen but I told my now ex-gf what I did. She completely turned into a woman I have never met before it was so weird, I didn’t know she was capable to become so angry so fast. She called the guy and told him what’s going on and he’s been calling and texting me nasty messages. She was also trying to communicate to me through him but he’s now blocked as the police have told me not to communicate with them any further. Long story short we exchanged some words/threats on the phone with this ******* and now I’m gonna have a court date soon and he also drives a sweet car.
