Abzu you start buying long dated calls yet or nah? Hit 8.90 and closed below $9 today. Didn't move my 2026 $15c too much tbh. IV still pretty high @60 considering what it is. I bet this hits a low in the $7.XX range. Probably not for long, but seems likely at this rate. They haven't even scaled their dividend back yet which will punish share price more for whatever reason.
Levels on WBA are ~$8.65, ~$8.00 and ~$6.90.

I didn't enter yet but I'll LYK when I do.

It's a good trade either way.

@abzu parked right at $8.65 lmao. Bought a June 2025 $10c for $1.35 to keep it on my radar. I’d like to buy my 2026 $10c at around there I think. There is a lot of news that could come out that pushes them dramatically higher in the coming months. Probably nothing good this Q thought and in fact probably bad news. I’m guessing their cold & flu season is going to underwhelm dramatically. I’ve been watching preliminary numbers on vaccine shipments and all I’ll say is Walgreens isn’t holding their market share AND moderna is not the favored Covid vaccination either.

Ford would probably be awesome for 10% swing moves like you said ^ but god they drop to $5 just frequently enough I’m not too keen to hold it lmao.

Not me. These things always dangerous, not worth it. You lose more money on red days and even on flat days.

I just hold some and sell options on some more. The pltr bag grew organically to almost 5% of portfolio, initially it was about 2% or whatever. Not adding.

That would make no sense, if anything Democrats need to show the best possible economy to increase their chances. Historically this is what happens in election years.

I love cars and have spent copious amounts of time understanding the industry etc but would still not invest in any of the companies, it’s just too difficult and competitive of a business with profit margins that are too low

Edit: Valuation being a big consideration of course, I’d buy if they were beaten down enough but they’re not

Monthly puts up 200%. It’s called SeptemBEAR for a reason. Bulls getting rugged everyday

MAG7 only thing preventing market collapse since they’re flat. Already beat down and at or near August 5th lows. Any lower and they’re close to losing all YTD gains

Recently bought calls on CELH, DLTR and started a lesser position with calls on AAP since I think it goes lower.

Recently bought puts on SOFI, PLTR, NVDA and I'm still holding some HIMS, ASTS and COIN from way back.

Recently bought stock in BIG but I think it also goes lower.

I'm mostly working off the charts, I try to remain unbiased but my emotions may play into my macroeconomic view so I try not to give that as much weight unless were talking correlations between assets, I'm going to very likely act at ~$8.00 and I won't let any negative news on the stock move me off my position unless I see it in the charts too.

Peloton should by all rights have a lot more upward room to go here, my plan is to sit on it for at least a year or two

Morningstar has the fair value at $7.20 now after latest earnings, currently at a tiny little $1.85b valuation.

It’s also behaving opposite of Oil & Gas stonks so that’s a plus for my portfolio

Tesla and other companies like that will always trade at a premium, you will never get the beat down that you’re waiting for because people are not stupid, they’re going to front run you,

I remember various YouTubers investors, analysts, traders, who were saying they’ll buy pltr at four dollars or five dollars, never got there, went to six or something like that and bounced. People were waiting for $3000 bitcoin, or even a $10,000 bitcoin, never happened, like Peter lynch said if a company is good and it’s five dollars There’s nothing wrong with buying it at $15 a few years later.

Tesla hasn’t been a buy since pre-COVID IMO, chit has been flat since the end of 2020 and I don’t buy into the robotaxi or Optimus stuff boosting it to a $30trillion valuation or whatever

I want to find stuff that goes from $1.5b to $15b if anything

Feels like there’s no downtime of people running press about how something’s going to go down and it’s just based on the line of the chart.

The prudent thing to do in a case like that is put money in but don’t go balls deep, nibble first and then bite if the price moves lower

I wasn’t even watching Peloton, just stumbled across it then made a move almost entirely based upon it being so beaten down and the upside potential seeming much greater than the downside risk

I’d even say that it is not based on a chart. Such as a $120 price target on tsla. There isn’t a single swing low on any time frame that would show that low price. No cash flow calculation would result in that price either, it’s literally just a random number.

These stocks need a long runway, and then they go up dramatically.

I like the sideways action, selling options is great during such a time.
