On the point of legality - it's not a criminal offence and in tort it's impossible to come to court and any damages which could be awarded if the case was successful (almost impossible) which be much less than the cost to take it to trial; unless she's a multi millionaire (which is clearly not the case) you have nothing to fear. I have an English law degree, I've studied media and tort law where this sort of thing comes up a lot. So have no fear about sending him the video.

I dunno man, I don't think it's all that unreasonable a response considering he doesn't know YBD and he got the message out of the blue.

I think if the girl was intercepting her fiance's messages, she would have sent something like 'we talked about it and straightened it out' and then blocked YBD so he wouldn't message again.

But who knows how women think.
