Forum Rules
Last Updated: January 17, 2026
Welcome to obnoxiousbrutes.com! We aim to foster an open, engaging community, but there are a few rules to ensure a respectful environment for all users. By using this forum, you agree to adhere to the following rules. Violations may result in warnings, post restrictions, or banning from the site.
1. Freedom of Speech
We support free speech and encourage discussions on a wide range of topics. However, all users must adhere to basic standards of decency and respect.
2. Respectful Conduct
You are expected to treat others with basic respect. While the forum allows for wide-ranging discourse, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Bullying: Repeated or sustained attacks on other users.
2.2 Hate Speech: Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other protected characteristics.
2.3 Threats: Any form of threat toward another user, including:
2.3.1 Threats of Physical Harm: Direct or implied threats to harm others.
2.3.2 Threats of Self-Harm: Posting threats to harm oneself or encouraging others to do so, including threats of suicide. This
is taken very seriously and may result in immediate action to prevent harm.
3. Privacy Violations
3.1 Strict Prohibition on Doxxing: Posting or sharing someone’s private or personal information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, or personal photos without consent) is strictly prohibited. Violating someone’s privacy is grounds for an immediate and permanent ban.
3.2 Confidentiality: Do not reveal private conversations, emails, or other forms of private communication without the consent of the parties involved.
4. No Harassment or Stalking
4.1 Any form of harassment, stalking, or persistent attempts to contact someone after they've requested no further communication will result in disciplinary action, up to and including a ban.
5. No Spam or Self-Promotion
5.1 Spam, excessive self-promotion, or advertising irrelevant to the forum’s discussions is not allowed.
If you are unsure whether your content constitutes spam, reach out to a moderator before posting.
6. Explicit Content Guidelines
We understand that discussions may sometimes involve sensitive or adult topics, but the following guidelines apply to images:
6.1 Nude or pornographic content is prohibited.
6.2 Posting explicit text or images requires properly labeling the content (e.g., the thread) as Not Safe For Work (NSFW). If labeling is not available, posting NSFW content is prohibited.
6.3 Images that are altered to cover nudity or pornography (e.g., using software to draw rectangles or other shapes over body parts) are also prohibited. This includes any attempts to disguise or censor nudity in a way that does not comply with our guidelines.
6.4 Permitted Content without labeling: Images of bare buttocks are allowed, as well as sexually explicit images that do not constitute pornography. All content must still adhere to the general forum rules on respectful content.
6.5 Thread Titles: All thread titles must be SFW (Safe For Work), even if the content of the thread is NSFW. Moderators may rename, move, or remove threads with inappropriate titles.
6.6 Prohibition on Sexual Content Depicting Minors
6.6.1 We do not allow any content that depicts sexual activity involving individuals under 18 years of age.
6.6.2 Any depiction, description, link, image or conversation that portrays minors in sexual situations is strictly prohibited.
6.6.3 Violations will result in an immediate and permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
7. Illegal Content
7.1 Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or that promotes illegal activities is prohibited. This includes pirated software, illegal drugs, and any content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
8. Inciting Rule Violations
8.1 No Incitement to Break Rules: It is strictly prohibited to encourage or manipulate other users into breaking forum rules. Attempting to incite others to engage in rule-breaking behavior is grounds for disciplinary action, including a ban.
9. Multiple Accounts
9.1 Each user is allowed only one account.
9.2 Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or cause disruptions is prohibited. Users caught doing so will have all associated accounts permanently banned.
10. Report Problematic Posts
If you see a post that violates these rules, please use the report function. Do not engage in arguments or respond to the offending post—let the moderators handle it.
11. Stay On Topic
11.1 Post in the correct forums and stay on topic within threads. Off-topic posts may be removed or moved to the appropriate section by moderators.
12. User Responsibility
12.1 You are responsible for the content you post. Always think carefully before sharing personal opinions, thoughts, or details. Any legal repercussions from your posts are solely your responsibility.
13. Updates to Forum Rules
13.1 These rules may be updated from time to time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically to stay informed. Continuing to use the forum after changes means you accept the new rules.
14. Consequences for Rule Violations:
Warning: A warning will be issued for minor or first-time offenses.
Temporary Ban: Repeated or severe violations may result in a temporary suspension from the forum.
Permanent Ban: Serious violations (e.g., doxxing, harassment, or explicit content) may result in an immediate and permanent ban.
