I have worms. My tour is over. SRS

I have had intestinal issues for like a year. I eat a ton, but feel like I'm starving. I will be massively bloated and unable to chit for days, and still be stuffing myself because I'm full but hungry, then finally everything gets out and I have a flat stomach and feel great, then it happens again. I don't have health insurance, and thought I'd get better, so I didn't get looked at.

Well, about a month ago, I chit what looked like a 6 inch worm. I attributed it to an anomaly, or some weird food, and said, I've survived this long, I'm fine.

Today I chit like an 18 inch one. It was about 10 inches out and I didn't feel it. Looked down and saw it, almost passed out.
Took tp and used it to grab and pull.
Pulled another like 8 inches out.

Going to urgent care tomorrow.

At least it isn't a tumor or something.

I don't care if your responses are SRS, just want people to know not a roll bread.
