Everyone knows they were one of the highest scoring offenses in the league. In the first 8 games of the season they outscored the chiefs 71 -67..plus they are the only team to have beaten them given the atrocious defensive coordinator they had(defense to be discussed further).

The Raiders were also close to beating the bucs until the atrocious defensive calling in the 4th quarter cost the team the win..which brings me to the Raiders new defensive coordinator Gus Bradley.

This man was the architect behind one of the greatest defenses the league has seen in the Legion of Boom. The Raiders have pieces on that defense and in the secondary that if Gus coordinates like how he did in Seattle and La you have the makings of a legit powerhouse superbowl contender.
