Ilja Dragunov
Anyone else impressed with this guy? He is Russian who grew up in Germany. Very good in the ring and also very believable when attacking or being attacked.

Glad he grew a beard though cuz he is one ugly mofo, reminds me of the Rock and Roll Express(Gibson and Morton) - 2 of the ugliest guys in wrestling(nh).

Hey Trips, if you're reading this now's the time for Cena to turn heel
He's been out of wrestling long enough the kids that actually cared when he was wrestling are grown by now. Its not like they have to worry about crying kids and loss of merch sales for being naughty.

What else is he gonna do? They don't need him to flounder around and take losses like Brock. It didn't help Theory and it doesn't help anyone else.

He can still move in the ring. He still has the charisma and better mic skills than 99% of the roster anyway.

A heel turn story would be so easy. He's given his all over the years. He gives and gives and gives and the fans continue to boo.

So why not build off that?

Even if he's only there for a few months, it's better than him constantly losing doing his usual shtick.

C'mon Trips. Give us something to care about.

Triple H and Stephanie divorcing?
Internet wrestling news sites as well as social media is speculating that Triple H and Stephanie M. have been separated and considering divorce.

https://wrestlingnews.co/wwe-news/th...divorce-rumors

It is speculation and not a shred of proof on the matter exists at the moment. But - if it is a fact that they go their separate ways, will there be any impact to Triple H legacy going forward? Will that impact Wwe in anyway? I know vince and linda worked that chit out through steroid trials and multiple sexual harassment claims on top of vince admission of cheating, since the business was their priority. Had this happened 10 years ago, triple h would have been featured on 'self destruction of Triple H' because the mcmahons are petty

Check out this idea for Dirty Dom (listen up Trips)
The last few months on SD we've seen the interactions between Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar. Santos has always looked up to Rey and they had an incredible US Title match on SD. Rey won, but everyone thought either Escobar would win the title or at least turn on Rey. Neither happened.

Meanwhile, there is still dissension in the Judgement Day. Priest and Balor still don't trust each other and Balor's boy McDonough is still interfering in Judgement Day business which further pisses off Priest. With Mami gone, no one is really getting along leaving Dom in the middle who can't choose sides. Mami comes back and tells Dom he doesn't have to deal with this bullsheet. They have much bigger plans and they walk out on Judgement Day.

Back on SD, Escobar says he came so close to beating Rey and wants a title rematch and Adam Pearce agrees. Rey and Escobar have another stellar match going back and forth and the LwO is at ringside. Dom comes out with Mami while the LWO look confused what's going on. Rey has Escobar on the ropes ready to hit the 619. Mami has the ref distracted on the other side of the ring. As Rey comes in for the 619, Dom wallops him with the North American title knocking him out and Escobar gets the win as the new US Champion. Dom screwed his dad over once again.

They all celebrate in the ring and as Rey is coming to from being knocked out, he starts to question Escobar for the way he won and asks what the deal is. This pisses off Escobar and he turns on Rey. The LwO just standing there, Dom gives them the look and they all join in beating down Rey all turning heel.

This makes Dirty Dom with Mami the true leader of heel LwO. Dom tells his dad LwO was never his to being with and gets out the spray can and sprays 4Life on the back of his dad. Now people have a true reason to care about the LwO instead of being "face faction" just for the sake of nostalgia and Dom gets to lead it Hollywood Hogan style taking over all of WWE.

Thoughts?

You like that Trips?

TLDR: Dirty Dom is the new leader of heel LwO

Is McIntyre Turning Heel?
Or is he just frustrated with these losers like the New Day getting in his way?

Would be awesome if he turns heel, and maybe even a new Judgment Day member. Face Drew SUCKS!

Why didn't TNA become a competitor to WWE despite doing everything right?
They had everything going right for them....a popular X-Division, solid tag team division....Styles, Joe, Angle, Sting, Jarrett, Buh Buh Ray Dudley and Booker T in the main-event division and they even signed Hogan and Flair for supportive roles in their company...and imagine this lineup for a stable (Main-Event Mafia)....Kurt Angle, Scott Steiner, Sting, Booker T, Christian Cage, Kevin Nash, Samoa Joe and Traci Brooks...

Does WWE know they ruin the moment by bleeping out holy sh*t and A-hole chants?
Its not like people at home watching TV don't know what the crowd is saying. And the guy who's supposed to have his finger on the button misses most of it anyway and makes it even worse because other things are bleeped out instead. I'm not a fan of all the AEW cursing, but WWE should just let some of the natural things flow. It's one thing if the wrestlers say it and they want to bleep it out because everything is scripted so they can control what is said. What they can't control is crowd reaction and when they bleep it out, it ruins the moment. Don't get me started about the Rock getting the crowd chanting A-hole cause that was just messed up.

Agreed? I get maybe the rules are different for RAW on cable vs SD on FOX, but still. C'mon.

Do they have a duty to the FCC that AEW doesn't?

The only one move on offense for the win has got to stop
Ivar kicks the snot out of Kofi for 30 minutes. Not to mention splashes Kofi on the outside and a moonsault in the Ring. Kofi kicks out and comes back with one move and pins him. It makes no sense and it completely undermined Ivar. Bronson Reed did the same exact thing to Chad and got the win.

The opponent should be worn down through-out the match and then hit the finisher for the win. Not getting in zero offense and then come back with 1 move to win. We've seen this Cody beating Brock and its trash. McIntyre did it to Uso last night after having a 5 minute convo with Juddgement Day.

It may be okay if the match is going back and forth and its kinda even. But it's really dumb, espcially when the match is one sided.

Whatever happened to ring pyschology and working on a bodypart first or wearing your opponent down?

Who choreographs these matches and decides the good guy only needs to hit the finisher and nothing else?

Biggest disingenuous POS The Rock coming back for a paycheck
That segment was fuking sh*t. How about giving Theory some lines and creative flexibility that doesn’t involve poop and toot level of insults. Let him call out the Rock’s phoniness and eagerness to separate himself from the business when it’s favorable and yet call it his “home” when back. Let him lean on degrees of truth to ruffle feathers amidst his heel blind spots, not just spew generic sh*t they fed him. How about not having that blowhard obnoxious fuk boy McAfee out there. Anyways

Shawn Michaels was the biggest ******* in wrestling history.
People talk about warrior, hogan, Nash, dynamite kid or whoever else you might want to bring up.

None were ever worse than Shawn Michaels.

The preening queer, master politician, bully, sexual harasser, crack head narcissistic scumbag.

If you buy his bible bashing routine after he came back and realized that with Austin and Rock now WAAAAAY bigger stars than he ever was, his old routine would get shut down and he'd be out the door quickly, then your an even bigger fool than I took you for

Shawn's new play was to grease up Hunter and stick to him like glue to make sure he got his way, his former egomania converted to subtle whispers in hunters ear, as smart as ever.

Additionally I don't recall Shawn ever actually apologising for any of the things he did wrong, instead you get "I made mistakes, I'm a different person now" which just speaks to the level of narcissism and how it's still all about him lol.

Really Trips? Burying LA Knight driving WWE into the ground you A-Hole
Are you F'n stupid Trips? You think that twink Ciampa is the future? Good luck with ya NXT boi no one cares about.

You're just jealous LA Knight is more over than you ever were and you only got where you did because you married the boss's daughter. It eats you alive and keeps you awake at night knowing that LA knight didn't need you to get over. He did it on his own and he's more popular than any idea you ever came up with. So what if "wrestling" is in your blood. Swallow your pride and don't be a dumbass. Trips will be a in denial cause he'll keep giving LA knight meaningless wins. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd rather have Konan and Nash booking again.

PJ Brooks Teasing a WWE Return?
At Friday night’s Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) event, CM Punk provided guest commentary in what was his first public appearance since being fired from AEW. A reference was made to the announcement of Punk’s AEW contract being terminated “with cause” as Punk’s broadcast partner John Morgan stated that Punk was back, with cause, at the CFFC.

Punk also seemingly teased a WWE return. During the show, Punk said that he has free time on his hands for “the next two months” which would be until around the time of the Survivor Series PLE in Chicago. Punk also used Cody Rhodes’ “what do you want to talk about” line.

The Rock needs to lay off the multi's
Geezus he looks unhealthy.

His skin is terrible and his nose has grown to like twice the size it used to be. It also looked like he was turning red just trying to cut a promo.

Dude is gonna be the next Rich Piana

Stone Cold should have come out of retirement in the ruthless aggression era.
Austin retirement was basically the same as HBK retiring in the late 90s, he was injured and got a rough diagnosis, but it wasn't as bad as all that and he really just needed an extended break and to take it easy on the neck bumps.

I remember Austin was supposed to wrestle a match in the mid 2000s but he didn't like the booking so chose not to. Then again in 2012 they were clearly thinking about doing Austin Vs CM punk but it didn't happen (likely because Austin didn't want to job)

Eventually Austin did return last year in 2022, and while he looked rusty with his kicks, he wasn't too bad, and proved he could still bump and had pretty impressive stamina.

But just imagine, if Austin had returned 15 years earlier than that.

That places him in the middle of the abysmal Cena reign of hell, Austin would have been 43, the same age Dolph Ziggler is now. Considering the match he has vs Owens I have no doubt a 15 years younger Austin could still have performed at main event level.

It will remain forever a "what could have been"

But Austin Vs Cena, Austin Vs Punk, Austin Vs Lesnar, these and other matches could have absoloutley happened.
