Time to fix some shit

Need to go back to basics

Will type more later


for now - goal is to eat 5 eggs for breakfast every morning

I have coffee and nothing else for breakfast too often. not healthy

Feel like my energy levels have been on a slow decline for years. bad sleep. don't workout as much. bad cycke. eat bad, etc


working on fixing my food stuff first in hopes of fixing sleep and energy


focus on eating 5 eggs every morning to get a good base level of nutrients to start the day

40g oats
1 scoop whey
1 apple

That was my cutting breakfast for 6 months, worked well

BEen focusing on higher protein meals and eggs and has improved energy to an extent, lost 1lb
