Feel like my energy levels have been on a slow decline for years. bad sleep. don't workout as much. bad cycke. eat bad, etc
working on fixing my food stuff first in hopes of fixing sleep and energy
focus on eating 5 eggs every morning to get a good base level of nutrients to start the day
