Low calorie meal

Take some cabbage and half a medium onion and slice it all up. Put water in a rice cooker/veggie steamer and set your veggies inside, and cook for 20 minutes.

When it’s done, get a can of Kirkland chicken breast, drain it, then add Italian seasoning, garlic powder and white pepper. Add them to a one and a half quart bowl and mix thoroughly.

This is really healthy and low calories
