Who’s training legs today?

Post inspiration, gotta get into the leg day mindset!

Thinking
-front squat
-single leg curls
-extensions
-abductors
-deadlifts to rep out

Fuck should I hit the calves?

Doing a second consecutive leg day [in addition to my originally scheduled torso day] because yesterday I tweaked my leg and didn't get to go as hard as I wanted. Will focus SL landmine squats and quad accessories 💪🏽

You should always hit calves
Have fun and be yourself :-)

Will get some calf raises in there, probably between head lift sets or curls

Upper body day today but shiet i cant wait for leg day

I like training legs more nowadays. Body feels way better. Test thru the roof. Body pumping blood equally to counter my upper days. You live and u learn and better late than never but dammm wish i took core/legs more seriously from a younger age

Yea I worked on my core more after all these years. Also I do lighter dead’s, avoided them for years because I thought I had to pull major weight and was scared of injustices.

Now 2-3 plates for higher reps and good clean form has my entire body feeling more aligned and stronger, including that core
