Truth about supplements (srs)
I have been lifting since 2010 and have tried pretty much everything under the sun. Be it weight gainers, fatburners, iodine, vitamin b12, zinc, creatine, etc.
My conclusion after 5 years:
- Fat burners
Dont need them. Big scam
- Protein powder
Another scam. Convenient yes but u never know what crap they put in. Its better anyways to get ur protein from red meat, chicken, fish, etc. Protein requirements are exaggerated. You dont need much. Also it has whey in it which is dairy thus increasing estrogen, bloating, making u hold water. Dont bother with whey powder (srs)
- Pre Workouts
Useful after a long day or when u need energy. Definitely dont take that **** everyday or u will have heart problems and trouble sleeping. Also theres the problem of u not knowing what they put in the formula. "blend" of peace.
- Vitamins
Now vitamins are very legit as long as u get them in the right form and only supplement the necessary ones that are worth supplementing.
Vitamin D
Get that **** if ur not at least 2 hours in the sun every day or live somewhere in Northern Europe or UK of peace
Vitamin B12 & B3
If u eat plenty of red meat u will get enough but with taking b12 & niacinamide seperately i noticed even a bigger difference. Seriously consider supplementing these 2 b vitamins. Make sure the B12 is methyl form
- Minerals
Zinc
Zinc is fuking legit. The only mineral worth supplementing. Higher T, lower E, bigger loads, better sleep, better skin, the list goes on.
- Others
Fish Oil
Only 1-2 gram a day. What is most importantly is that u fuking get rid of Omega 6s in ur diet which are pro inflammatory
Magnesium/Calcium/Vitamin A/Vitamin E/Iron
All fuking worthless to supplement if not harmful
- Multi-vitamin
See above. So much crap in the wrong form mixed in 1 tablet. Dont get multis
- Extra
Apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic, tumeric, cloves, coconut oil. ALL FUKING LEGIT. Put that **** on ur food. All good stuff
Enjoy brahs this is the only legit list (srs)

All the supplements you listed work.
Whey protein or any other form of supplemental protein gives you the needed protein if you lack it in your regular diet. But it is better to get it from your regular diet.
Hospitals actually recommend taking in protein shakes for those lacking it in their diet normally via products like ensure.
Fat burners work through herbal extracts and caffeine which can lessen your appetite to a degree, but also induce nausea.
Vitamins ofc are good to take in moderation. Zinc and fish oil are both good supplements as well.
Pre-workout is iffy. Can be dangerous in excess. Tolerance can be built pretty quickly as well, but when you're not adjusted it can give you a boost if you're lower on energy.
Supplements all work, but the benefits are exaggerated and they do what you can already do, just make it slightly easier to get via instant gratification.
Supplements are meant to supplement not replace.

Real food is obviously better but for many of us we'd miss our protein requirements by far if we didn't supplement with protein powder. On days I eat lots of meat I don't take any protein powder.Another scam. Convenient yes but u never know what crap they put in. Not that it's entirely wrong, but clearly a childish list made by a novice.
You'll do better in 10 years when you've actually put some of your theories to test in various ways.
