So if I were in your shoes, I would consider the possible emotional consequences as well.

What I’m gathering from my ignorant perspective is that while she may be communicating a desire to fuck, she may actually want more. And even if you don’t actively commit to something more, she may perceive you smashing as moving towards something more. That of course is not your problem at all, we are all grown ups and make decisions and we should be responsible for our own feelings and not other people’s. However, I think feelings should be taken into consideration when we can.

I am a very direct person.
