The incident took place if a fast food shop which means the entire exchange slowly build itself up to this. Despite being floored and shamed the dude was not embarrassed to scream out the girls name. This leads me if it is to be believed the two are former lovers, he must have gone there with the sole intention of winning her back & acted in a manner that drew attention to them. Thus, we can conclude people overhead he was the ex. Its not unnatural to see such a thing in a hotel. However, whoever recorded this video saw the unrelenting nature of the guy more so when he decided to follow the current BF and record it.
