Yeah you can get rid of them doing light deadlifts and working your way up to heavy deadlifts.

Haven't deadlifted in over a year crew

Would like to get back into it though, feel like it was beneficial for posture. But I probably won't go heavier than 405 ever

Nah, DL is the GOAT for putting on slabs of muscle when you're natty.

I don't do them anymore but if I didn't even lift I would start again.

anytime I had back pain deadlifts actually made it feel better. Squats and deadlifts release the most hormones.... They will pack on muscle and burn fat. Learn your form and get some mydol.

I thought the same about Maxx Chewning. You have to be a real narcissist to behave that way and film yourself.

Don't know if you have ever watched his videos but to me he comes off as very very gay. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Ever give that vibe off IRL?

I was talking to a guy the other day who was on the USA powerlifting team for years. Built like a rock.

He said unless you are really into power lifting, there is no sense in doing DL's. He doesn't anymore. He said all it does is widen your hips and waist, which for most people is not aesthetic. He said women especially should not be doing them.

How is this a 5 star thread? Deadlift, squats and other compounds are the key to aesthetics. How the **** is Op green.

No reason to be alive if you can't do deadlifts. OP= "I'm a pussy and use injury potential as an excuse to not lift". You may as well never step foot outside OP, cause you could die at any moment for any number of bizarre circumstances.
