I don't think fireballs are that powerfull but I assume no projectiles can be blocked in real life. A projectile to a car in the bonus stage can wreck its exterior so they all pretty strong.

The strongest street fighter is probably that robot bikini guy that can transform into other fighters he has insane powers

If you can release a fireball (which is ki) Then you can expand ki over your body to block a fireball. I wasnt born yesterday. I've been on this a long time.

I always thought teleportation was instantly moving from one spot to another, and not just moving faster than light in a direction. So you can teleport through walls for example, that's not just moving in the direction of a wall faster than light
