Little twink ******* gets body slammed by cop because they caught him skateboarding. Gets punished, has to write apology letter and do community service.

I bowl with a few cops. One is on my team. Great guy. But he is an alcoholic big time. Most cops are.

When you realize that most cops are of average IQ at best, many on power trips, and have the same insecurities and burdens that we all do, then you see they are not these righteous and wonderful human beings that deserve our ultimate respect that we are led to believe growing up.

Wow, didn't take long for someone to spin it in the cops favor! Per the article
Police also insist the group of skaters already got a warning earlier in the day. Huber tells 10News it was 5 hours earlier in a different area of downtown.

“Our officer approached, and we have a classic case of resisting arrest. Once you tell someone you're breaking the law, and they continue to break the law, then they have to do something about it,” says TPD spokesperson Steve Hegarty. When asked if TPD believes the officer did anything wrong, Hegarty replies, “No, ma’am.”
Got a warning earlier in the day is not the same as chasing down skaters for hours, and also not a reason to try out some cool moves you thought you saw in the latest UFC fight cause your mom bought you a tapout shirt one Christmas.

Yeah there is, I saw the whole thing go down.

These punk ass kids robbed a liquor store, raped 4 women, and kicked the chit out of some old lady just before arriving to that location to skate all over and terrorize the business park. All the day-traders who work in that building had to stay in lock down for 5 hours due to their punk ass kids.

fuk em, cops should have pepper sprayed and tazed their asses!

got dam skater punks.

So lets talk about a "take down" that requires a grown adult male to spin and slam a 120( soaking wet) pound kid. He and his partner could not surround the kid and arrest him together? What is next pro wrestling moves?

Nah dude I'm trying to become a cop myself, but from what I saw in this video the cop is completely in the wrong. I heard no verbal commands no nothing. The guy immediately got out of his car and grabbed the kid and slammed him to the ground. Absolutely ZERO reason for that. especially considering the size difference. Hope this guy gets fired.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

As always, lol @ the many *******s who make their opinion based on a minute long video.

"You didn't read him his miranda rights". Lol strong knowledge of what miranda rights are. These kids watch too much fuking tv. If the cop isn't asking the kid any questions, he doesn't have to read him his miranda rights. He can read them to him in the car on the way to the station if he wants to ask the kid questions.

These kids sound beta as fuk. "help meeeee guysssss. Helllpppp meeee".

This video could've had a 5 hour build-up to what happened and all you pseudo-intellectuals will still say "there's more to the story" lol. The cop threw a kid who was just standing there.

None of this changes the fact the cop did the dumbest ****ing body toss I've ever seen and charged the kid with resisting arrest when he just stood there till he got tossed. There is no video that could exist that would show a different side of the story you ****ing tard.

I don't disagree that the toss looked pretty bad, but what does that matter? He charged the kid with resisting because the kid pulled away from him...........which is resisting.....

Who said there has to be another video that would show the full story? The point is, idiots like you make their opinion based off very little information like a short video without doing any research on 1) What actually happened before and 2) What resisting arrest even is

Just lol

There seems to be confusion in this thread about the using force part. The kid resisted by initially pulling away from the officer in the video. Which gives the officer the right to use necessary force. I think the awkward take down was a bit much to use on a 15 year old that size, but thats just my opinion. He wasn't wrong for doing it, but it could have been done better.

I've seen people arrested and pull away far more than that not be charged with resisting. And the cop had his arm the whole time. Could have just pulled him in and grabbed his other arm and put the cuffs on easily.

He didn't resist in a way that required the cop to RKO him in the street. The cop was just overly aggressive for no reason, over emotional, that's the bottom line
