Did back two days ago.

Yesterday was just cardio and stretching and I rotted hard af today

Missed my scheduled back workout yesterday as I was just fking beat after leveling my tool shed . I just did my back workout an hour ago though . Tomorrows off and then Wednesday is chest day

I don't lift anymore, purely bodyweight /calisthenics, like the old martial arts days

Twice a week ,cardio 6 days

As you age volume has to go down ,repair time needs to go up

Diet is far more important
