Last time i bought one and had two slices for 4 days in a row. That could be technically cut freindly if you're disciplined. A toaster over or air fryer reheats then very nicely.

I ordered it yesterday, got crispy crust with mushrooms, bell pepper, and 5 different meats - chicken, beef, sausage, philly steak, bacon

i feel like the more toppings you get, the less of each you get such that the pizza can never be too heavy in toppings.

I'm making constant steady progress. Maybe not quite as striking as I was a few weeks ago, as I'm working on some big projects and am not getting a 20 mile bike ride in 3-4x per week, but things are going well. The only thing left is my belly fat, which is always the hardest.

Only me and the missus and she eats all the shit I do - albeit less of it

Couple of eye fillets tonight (tenderloin in freedomland) which, when she revealed she often eats steak blue, made me jizz in my pants because I'd often eat either blue or rare depending on the cut (unless genuine wagyu or kobe, which I've found needs to be done medium or at worse medium rare to render the fat enough) but every sloot I'd ever been with wanted their steaks well done like fucking shoe leather and it's fucked cooking a steak to that point

Get steak tartare as a starter. Raw egg yolk on top, the whole shebang.

And for steak, depends on the cut. Fillet is good rare. Same with hangar steak and strip. You want to do a ribeye med-rare minimum though. Chewing on raw, unrendered fat otherwise. Need to give that shit chance t break down and soak into the surrounding meat.

Anything you have to do above med-rare to medium probably shouldn't be a steak.

Yeah, love steak tartare. We had it a few months ago at a French joint, very good when prepared properly.

Cooking doneness is completely cut and marble dependent; but I won't do anything too fatty if it's a lot of hard fat that can't be easily trimmed out
